It could be a better experience. The waiting to sell lineup was not organized. Maybe a ticket number system could eliminate that issue. It is a matter of trust when it comes down to weight and purity. You have to know your " stuff" before hand. The staff were awesome. I found that the disability button for the door was too short of duration. The door closed on my wife coming in and going out. Nice store.
Went in today, from another dealer's recommendation. The place was busy, the coin department at least. The place had the largest assortment of coins I have never seen before, all grades, everything. If I had been in the buying mood, I would have been in paradise. I was in the selling mood. Sold a bunch of silver, no fuss, no muss. They told me the price they would pay -$3 and updated it everytime they went to check total me up. Spot had changed almost $4 from when I left home. Easist money I have ever made. They were all busy, but super polite, helpful and even seemed to have a bit of fun dealing with all of us, needy, greedy customers. My wife even enjoyed the other parts of the store, jewelry, etc. Thank you all for my new favorite coin shop.
Me and my husband went in to sell some gold and we realize alot of people can be a little on the shifty side but the gentleman we dealt with, Bob, was very fair and knowledgeable and you could tell he wasn't out to screw us over. He gave us a very fair price on what we had. If we ever want to sell anymore we would only deal with Bob at Silver Queen!!
Today, February 21, 2026, my and I visited the Silver Queen/Belleair Coins, Gold, and Diamonds Store in Largo to inquire about selling some gold and sterling silver jewelry. We were assisted by Ally. She was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, courteous, and professional during the interation. Ally explained the proess and described her evaluation work in detail. We felt completely confident in the honesty and integrity that was evident during our time to arrive at the final valuation. Additionally, we were provided with an interesting tour of the 'History' museum on the 2nd floor by Morgan I. He was very knowledgeable and provided a remarkable overview of the many artifacts from around the world over a number of centuries. Kudos to Ally and Morgan for their great service
