Awful customer service.

Jim and Rick are great to work with. This is a first class business. I only use their business as they are very honest, helpful and extremely fair priced. Kudos to those guys. They are very friendly and always willing to help. Chrissy is as sweet as she can be going out of her way to assist the customers. It’s businesses like this that gives you the hometown feeling.

I have used Goldcoast Pawn for numerous firearm transfers over the past 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service. They have always been courteous and friendly. They are the first (and only) place I consider handling my transfers.

I’ve known Gold Coast and their remarkable staff for over a year now. They have the best rates and not only that, they also treat you like family. When I ranned into a hardship they were there to help me. You don’t find many places like this anymore, they’ve gain my respect and full support.

I recently had a firearm transfer from PSA to Goldcoast Pawn and Jewelry. I live in Nokomis and have multiple locations closer to me that I have used many times. Most charge $50.00 vs the $31.00 I paid at Goldcoast. From now on, I will always go here, it was well worth the drive and I had excellent customer service from Rick. I could not say enough how please I am!!

I've used Gold Coast Pawn for the last few guns I purchased and won't use anyone else anymore. Rick is very personable and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The shop is well maintained and you can see that Rick takes pride in what he does. Thanks again!

I was trying to sell a gold chain and they gave me the best deal and the service was great. Went to other pawn shops in the area and none gave me a price like this shop. Would recommend they give good deals and have items you might be looking for.
