I needed new pins for my work watch. I went by Fast-Fix in Town Center first and had a terrible experience. They told me to buy a new watch. Then I went to Sarasota Watch Company. It was so much better experience. The staff was terrific and got me the pins I need. Highly recommended for any help with your existing watch. It was also a pleasant experience browsing their collection.

Wow, wow and super wow!!!! Great customer service, treat customers like family I will not go anywhere else to get my watches fixed or adjusted. They are a treasure of great service like nones does anymore.

Wow what a great experience. I bought a watch online but broke and lost a part of the band when tried to adjust it. I went to two other places that said they can’t get a part for that size band. One of them recommended me to the Sarasota watch company and I’m glad they did. Mike took amazing care of me and because of it I’ll definitely be bringing my business to them from now on. Sarasota watch company, are full of bunch of hard-working honest individuals not just another quote pawn shop. Very very fair prices, they do Pawn and we'll buy things. They have some of the most high-quality pretty much out of the bag items. They're extremely fast friendly my experience was great. Mike was the one that helped me find what I needed and sent me in the right direction, nothing but fair honest people there. I will be doing more business with them in the future. The service, knowledge, selection, and friendliness at Sarasota Watch Company is unmatched. If you're a real watch collector, I wouldnt trust anyone else in town with services, appraisals, authentication, purchases, and sales. Their selection of watches is incredible as well, with some really rare and unique pieces. Go see these guys if you're in town!

A Rolex authorized dealer recommended Sarasota Watch Company as a source for a new leather strap for an antique Rolex watch. Initially the rep seemed very helpful but they did not have a strap that would fit my wrist. He said he would check with his supplier and call me the next day. The call never came. I waited a few days. I had to get the strap at another jewelry store.
