Sold me a broken bike
"All electronics" is false advertisement. Brought my 32 Toshiba flatscreen TV,very light. I'm little, 4'11'' therefore it's very big to carry. Insulting, pompace individual didn't even ask me what I wanted for it, I've been going through very rough times, like most of us, can't afford gas, in turn wasted gas driving all the way there due to such great reviews hoping I would put some gas back to make it home. (35min trip one way) I prayed for good outcome. Tv is worth at least 40$(50 or higher if you wanna haggle, I researched pawn shops, FB marketplace)which is fine that's all I needed, yet came home on an empty gas gage crying. So no, I don't believe all these reviews. Family owned businesses have their generational roots and favorite/fans people. Don't be fooled by the reviews. Worker didn't spend 2 minutes with me, was callus, and "no no no" was his motto. I'm just like many folks, am a 4 year nursing college grad. Fell into hard times. I really needed gas to look for a job, get my prescription. I'm completely out of gas. Can't believe in no one nowadays. 👎 Service
I bought a 13 year old Panasonic and beautiful shape I am very happy with it I did have to order a new remote for it but after I got it everything worked great on it and I am very pleased with it they have treated me very well in the past and I'm still happy with it and I am definitely going to order another TV from them if I have to. Candy

Funny Story, went to (Diamond pawn shop) in NC and had the most horrible experience with the staff, so I figured I’d start out with a bad review and a phone call full of cussing to satisfy myself only to find out I called the (BLUE DIAMOND)pawn shop in FL😂 Once I realized my mistake I called the pawn shop to apologize. The staff at this pawn shop was extremely professional & handled it well! Instead of getting mad and disrespectful with how I just treated them their first response was how can they help & resolve the situation & had a great laugh in the end! Highly recommend!
