Best experience I had best customer service they took care of me I would 100% recommend it

went then they're on a Sunday I needed some emergency cash I wanted get a loan on my phone before I got a loan on my gold but once I walked in it's a beautiful large store but I wasn't even greeted, there was a young person there and the older guy the only person who spoke to me was the older guy with a nasty attitude he was scanning some labels so obviously he was busy doing something I asked nice and politely I greeted him like a human should he didn't give me the decency to say anything back, he immediately said no we don't take phones without even looking at me or the phone I would have showed them my gold but thanks to that attitude I received I didn't even wanna show him my gold or wanted to do business with this store, God bless him and their business I don't wish bad on nobody but there's other pawnshops who treat you better than them on the same street. I see they have great reviews so maybe it's because it's Sunday they're tired who knows but the one thing I know about pawn shops and about business. I appreciate and love the businesses and people who treat other people like human beings they did not do that at this store, and all I wanted was a small loan of $80 I would have been back on Wednesday to pick it up with no problem. But the attitude and the customer service I received turned me off from this business completely , I've always stopped with Mom and Pop pawn shops because those people treat you way better I understand their policy of not taking phones but it's how you say the things I went to one other pawnshop and they told me no but they said it with way better a attitude and a small explanation. Not just a flat out no with a bad attitude and without even looking at me in my face,

Angela and Solomon were the best. They gave me a great offer on my items and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely come back and provide recommendations.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman who was assisting another customer but let me know he’d be with me shortly. Another team member offered to help me in the meantime. Both were polite and welcoming. The customer service was amazing, I was helped in a timely manner, and all my needs were met. Kurt was especially great!
