This company has great customer service and is very professional with how they handle things! I was sent the wrong item and was initially worried that I wouldn't be getting the item I ordered or a response and instead they actually called me after I reached out and let me know that I could just keep what was sent to me and that they would be sending the correct item to me at no charge! I really appreciate them going above and beyond to address and fix this issue! I will definitely be buying from them again!
I ordered a couple of items from here for my husband for Christmas. I called to make sure they would arrive before Christmas. They were here on 23 & 24 and they actually sent them overnight to guarantee they got here before Christmas. My husband LOVES them, they are very high quality and t would recommend them for any of your sports memorabilia. They are also very personable and professional over the phone. Good job Highland!
Most of the trophies and plaques here are from China. Made with plastic, glue etc and then Highland Mint re-brands the merchandise and puts signatures on them with a printer technology. Team customer orders are made here but not the mass merchandise sold to Dick's Sporting Goods, Amazon etc. Some decent stuff but 5x the price of what they should be.
An absolute pleasure to do business with. We had a hiccup with shipping and they went above and beyond to insure we had the gift in time. Next time we need a sports fan gift we will definetly check with The Highland Mint first.
