AMAZING customer service from these guys. I bought a selection of LOTR items from them, that I needed shipped halfway across the country. Mark went above and beyond to get me pictures of the items, set up payment options, and package the items so they arrived safely. I was incredibly impressed when the items arrived, they were in immaculate condition and the packaging job was top-notch professional quality. Give these guys your business, you won't regret it!
They don't want to pay anything for your jewelry when you sell to them but than they turn around for a huge markup. Understand that is the business but be fair with people !
