It’s $10 that they ask to dry the clothes, besides I lost several clothes for taking it out and not warning knowing that one is there, it’s a thin woman with curly hair and a lady with a lot of body always with a bad face. Just today they didn’t want to put my clothes to dry because I complained to him because he took out my clothes and I didn’t leave anyone to let me know. Bad, bad, bad
Was just there 07/11/25 Put my clothes in dryer at 8:30 pm. And went to the store. A got back 20 min later. At 8:50 . The place was already closed. There was people inside folding and this lady worker name Isabel" Wouldn't open the door for me and two other parsons outside . Trying to get our clothes out of the dryer. She saw us waving and saw this woman standing with her baby in her arms Right in front of the door. Still, She wouldn't open. She totally ignored us for more then 15 min. When she finally let us in. First thing she said was " your not folding. I'm closed. She was not even a little bit nice. Workers needs to treat customers with better attitude
The neighborhood is not all that great but they do have a lot of machines and dryers here and they are reasonable prices
One of the best and cleanest laundromats I have been to. The neighborhood might be run down but this place is great. A lot of machines that work well and don't destroy clothes. The staff is always attentive, nice, and helpful. It makes doing laundry a great experience.
I love this place, but today i came to wash my clothes and this lady after she saw me putting all the clothes in the washing machine says they closed at 8:30 when i know well they closed at 10 pm she made me take all my clothes off and leave and 7:50 pm!!!!! On a Friday???? For a laundry this doesnt make any sense. Honestly the other mexican lady is nicer than this one she would at least let me know before i waste my time. First time since 2019 that at this time they tell me i cant wash clothes!!!!! If its true that the schedule for closing changed, then change it online dont waste peoples time and money.
