Courteous, kind, and fair-priced. I appreciate honesty, which not all shops will provide.

Read the reviews and decided that I would try Golden Peaks as well. Didn’t need to make an appointment which was nice. We were treated courteously and fairly, I never felt rushed, every price I was quoted was written down in a list and any questions were answered right away to my satisfaction. I never once felt uncomfortable or that anything was being pulled on me. I walked away with a check that was far and away more than I expected and I’m very thankful we went there. Thank you Golden Peaks, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Chad is always helpful and kind. We have dealt with him numerous times. We will never give our business to anyone else. We drive from northern Colorado, just to do business with him. He is the best! Go see him, you will be pleased with his service, knowledge, and prices. He is an amazing young man.

Security GUARD LOOSES CASH CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Stopped in there today, 1/30, disrespectful jerk security guard was impolite, had a condescending tone and attitude toward ME so I turned around and walked right back out. Guys, you need to get better security or train them NOT to disrespect your customers - you know, the ones that carry TONS of cash and spend it in your store.

Did not relize it, but they burned me today and last week, when I sold 6 oz silver in cases prime condition for $510 comes to $85 a coin last week he gave me $91 for same coins in a case, I just called him from a different number and he siad over $100 pre coin if nice, I No these coins were in good condition because I bought them from him and paid prime from him in case's. I've spent a lot of money at this store and I'm never going to come back, taking advantage of somebody's not cool man congratulations on doing dirty. And Silver is at $116 today, and thats my fault for being in a conversation with someone about a gold back I was buying from you as well, and Im still new to this But I wont be coming back or giving you a good reference anymore.

I cashed out my 401k many years ago and moved it into gold. These guys were really nice,. They hired a security guard recently that I don't trust so I'm really hesitant to ever go back. I think I just use online dealers from now on.
