They display there hrs.as opening at 10am.I was there waiting til.10:45 and still no signs of them opening. Need to follow your hrs. Or change them. 😡😡😡
Bought two items and both broke that night upon use. Universal jewelry $25, the balls crumbled to dust unscrewing them to get them out of the package. Corset $30, one of the eyelets popped off immediately when threading the ribbon. I wasn't expecting amazing quality from this particular store but jeez....
01/09/26, 11:34 am. Advertised as opens at 11, no one has been there the last 30 minutes. No signs of opening.
11/20/25 11am I usually love this store. Today wasn't a stellar visit. We went in shortly after opening. We walked up to the counter to pay. 3 employees. Managers talking to them about trash not going out. Awkward to see staff getting chewed out. We set our merch down and end up standing around awkwardly. Before the manager told them to ring us up. While one girl did the other one scoffed and rolled her eyes at me when we left.
Bought some lip rings and the paint that was on them immediately chipped off in the piercing hole and cut up and infected my lip had to buy different jewelry from somewhere else and the initially jewelry from Spencer's was $23. From what I can tell employees are nice and other product is good but any body jewelry from them is a definite no go for me in the future.
