Sasheen and the staff are great, been going there for years to shop and pawn, Big Daddy's is the 💣!!

STAY AWAY. Do NOT give this place your business. Buddy of mine went here just to pick up a package because for some reason this is a UPS access point. Horrible experience. Zero sense of decent let alone good customer service. Staff are rude and racist. We contacted UPS afterward to file a complaint and request they remove this business as an access point. If simply picking up a package is this much of a hassle, can't imagine how badly staff treat their actual customers looking to pawn items. There are other pawn shops in Denver, no reason to go here.

For pawning an item. Where do I begin? Safe, friendly, clean, and quality. That's what you can look around and see or feel when you first walk in. Once you interact they teach you exactly how they do business in a fair calm way, even if you're curious and suspicious. I was unsure about their offer but asked to take it a couple days later with no questions asked. (That was extra easy and appreciative with no hassle or worry if said offer wasn't available anymore since they get to choose to give you money or not) My piece I gave them, I don't know what they would sell it for compared to what they gave me and what I paid for it originally. However, if the place needed to be scrapped down into nothing they gave me the amount of money that they would get for each item if that was to happen. So it's fair. Lastly, and again at least for my item I got the lowest interest rate that I could find for examples online that was an awesome surprise!

I went into Big Daddy's Pawn Jewelry Shop, and while the locked door at entry was a little concerning at first, once inside I felt comfortable. The shop didn’t have the usual unpleasant atmosphere of many pawn shops, and the customer service stood out as excellent. Overall, I do think I would come back to shop and do business here because of how well I was treated, but I didn't receive a good offer to work with them.

Although I am very satisfied with the quality craftsmanship and design and carrot and price of the chain, I got when I went home at about 510 to acquire more money to pay with cash upon returning I was given a totally different chain and not the one I selected to purchase. So after asking about 567 times is this the chain are you sure this is the chain? This is the same chain they said yes I paid for it. I went home and subsequently the chain stepped off my neck randomly in the bathroom. What their suggestion was to bring the chain in which I did and I spent another $150 and bought a better chain ironically incidentally the chain I originally wanted thanks for your help. It’s perfect isn’t it?

Excellent customer service! Friendly owner and staff. I recently purchased a bike from the jewelry store and it is in perfect shape and very happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend stopping in for some great deals in that pawn shop!
