Would leave negative stars if possible. Drove 45 minutes here after speaking with them over the phone about pawning specific items. Once I got there they were beyond rude to me my wife and daughter.

This shop has a lot of seemingly good options for rings but they hide all of the price tags. It’s annoying to expect people to ask the price of every single piece of jewelry in the cases. It also wreaks of cigarettes as soon as you walk in. My husband and I were not greeted in any way. I’m surprised by all the good reviews if I’m being honest. I know it’s a pawnshop but it is dirty and there is junk piled all over the place. Costumer service is non existent. I’d recommend going somewhere else.
Bad ass pawn shop! They are top pay in Denver tbh good customer service and they are fast they definitely know what they are doing. I left feeling satisfied and happy overall great experience I definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to pawn their goods.

If you want to be treated like scum and piece of crap. This is the place for you!! Only pawned things twice in my life. Was great experience. These tools? We don’t pawn tools. Then why do you have tools? This is what you get at this place. Worst experience of my life. Never have I been treated so badly. If you want respect at all. Don’t go here. EVER
