I called worried because I am passed due and I didn’t want to lose my item there, Alan was so kind on the phone and reassured me that they would work with me so that I wouldn’t lose my item. I am so happy with the services here, they really help you though a time of struggle. Thanks guys!

The whole staff is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I can’t believe how many times they offered me extra help and service, that is usually what I’m expecting in somewhere like Nordstroms! It was a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend it as the premier Loan/ Pawn Shop in the area. They remind me of the TV show that is set in Vegas; fair and well reasoned advice for the client, and an appreciation for all aspects of merchandise and marketing.

Great customer service good value and items you buy from there and the owner of the place is really cool nice person really good stuff at this pawn shop at really good prices and they also work with you if you want to come pick it up on a later date but putting some money down so you don't lose the item and they also give you good money on stuff that you pawn. I had a great experience at Pomona Pawn Shop. Gabriel and Bob were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I came in looking for a watch without knowing much, and Bob took the time to walk me through the nuances of different brands, movements, and materials. It never felt rushed or pushy, just genuine guidance. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable, and I appreciated how clean and well-organized the shop was. They even provide a complimentary cleaning service on jewelry with purchase, which really shows the pride they take in their work. Another plus is that they put a lot of effort into keeping their inventory available online with honest descriptions of conditions, so you can get an idea of what’s in stock before visiting. Overall, this has been the most pleasant pawn shop experience I’ve had. Highly recommend for anything that you are looking for.
