I've been a customer at BLUE VAULT since 2020, November 29th 2024 I had to say good bye to Duc,Michael and Ryan! These three awesome young men made my experience of selling and buying Silver and Gold a wonderful journey! The three of them treated me with dignity, respect and kindness as they at different times explained to me how to buy, sale, and store my precious metals! I will miss them 😢 but I will be back!! I've been a loyal customer of BlueVault since 2018 and I've always had an excellent experience. Whether I'm buying or selling, the staff have always been more than helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent visit I was helped by Tyler, Michael and Duc! They were fantastic and made sure I got the best price for my metals!!

Dishonest business, told me one price over the phone and 15min latter when I came to purchase they bumped it up 200$ per ounce with excuse how it is live price even price didn't change at all .

This place is great! They don't try and give you the lowest possible price. They don't low ball you. They give you a bit less $2.50 under spot; it's awesome!! They are more than fair, and actually much better than any of the "we buy gold" con artist. That seem to be everywhere ya go these days!!! I appreciate integrity and honesty. Wow, silver prices have been crazy these last couple of months. I finally decided to liquidate a portion of the bullion I had been stacking for the past couple of years, and I was very nervous to do so. Fortunately, the clerk Jack was very professional and informative as well as polite and knowledgeable. They made sure I got the best price for my metals and I walked away from Blue Vault with a smile and some money!
