First, I want to emphasize the owner, the tall man who is a good person and honest, but last time serve me was a different person. when I sold gold in there, that dealer used his right hand to block the screen of gold tester, that let me couldn't see what karat of my golds. If he did one time, I think it was accident, but he did four or five times, that mean he is intentionally. If next time that staff did it again, I should call police directly.
