They broke my game and tried to act like they did not my game was not turning off or nothing when I took it in I got it back now it won’t turn on

Best Pawn Shop! I have been using this place for the past 15 years even now that I don’t live in Palmdale I still drive there when I need to! This staff is great especially JESSE! When I took my 87 year-old mother...Jesse helped my mother to the car.

Love this pawn shop. Ive visited all the other pawn shops in palmdale and lancaster and this is the only one that had what i was looking for and lot more variety of items than the other shops. Customer service is nice. I was helped when i had a question. When the associate walked away to get my item, another associate seen I was standing there and offered to assist.

I been buying my electric guitars here for years. They have always offered me a good deal. I will come back when I am ready for another. Keep up the good work guys!

I went in yesterday looking for a computer or laptop for a hobby project. They had a desktop (hp omen) for 200. I wanted to confirm the specifications and everything so I asked them to turn it on and let me see it running and in windows. They didn't know the password to the machine therefore couldn't log in. How can you have a machine ready for sale and not know how to log into it? I said I'd buy it without the m.2 hard drive for 20 less and then they didn't wanna sell it to me at all. They said they needed time to reset it and prep it. I said I wanted to buy it as is today without the hard drive and they refused. I asked them if they was willing to lose a return customer today and they said "yeah, it's not a Big deal.." I said it's a big deal as you didn't have it ready and then wasted my time with something that should have been ready for sale. Arthur, if you see this. It's solely your fault that you lose a customer that you have had coming to your pawn shop for the last 5 years. Unless the owner reaches out to me, I'm going to allow everyone to see how little you care about repeat business.
