Do not recommend. I came by last week. Thought I got a good deal. Came home and plugged in laptop monitor. Negative. Sold me broken equipment.

They only get two stars because I feel bad for them along with their trashy selection of old items. I felt like I was in Back to The Future, and stuck in the 90’s. The attendant was a complete joke, and he was very arrogant without manners. I’m a professional businessman and this was impressive to me. After having to repeatedly buzz into their shop to bring in the items I wanted to sell, with no assistance from anyone. I was very fair with our bartering. He decided not to purchase one single thing only because of what must be pride or spite...both u attractive features for any shop. I had a drone I know he wanted that isn’t even available yet. He took it to the back of the store with little care (denting the box is a no-no)...and lies to me about its price. I work with many companies and know most drones out there. This one isn’t available to the public yet but he told me he can get it online for $60. The MSRP is $299.99 and I’ve never even used it. What a loser...I’m going to OfferUp for my sales from now on. Good luck if you read this because I laugh. You are like a library...going out of style like it’s your job. I guess it really is? Overall, I highly think you try other places around before resorting to this s-hole.

My friend gave me a pocket watch as a present. I didn't need it, so I brought it here from Finland to sell. I only found one on the internet for €40 on a Swedish site. (Rare 30s. Swiss) I quoted $50 and was given $40. Really great business! Thank you!

Whenever I have emergency when I need cash really quick. I take my computer to the big store pawnshop. And I always hope if Wil is there because he’s very knowledgeable and very nice. He even helped me with my computer. He’s a very nice man. Don’t take your stuff in if you don’t plan on getting it out if you wanna leave it leave it. or you need the cash for a couple of weeks. I give them five stars because they are very helpful. Thank you big store pawnshop.

Call ahead. This is the third time I have been here and they are closed. They told me this was the last day I could get my item out. I hope they honor that tomorrow when I have to take a day off to get here. I’m not impressed. So I’m back the next day and now ther is a sign that states they will be closed today and tomorrow. There are no hours posted anywhere. The phone number has no answering service. For a financial service business I find this unacceptable. I’m burning gas going back and forth and taking some time away from making money. I will change this review if I find this could not be helped.. if there was some kind of emergency. For now This place is inconsistent, unreliable , and often just plain rude. Do what you gotta do .. but with 2 other pawn shops within walking distance… use ur best judgement. It is now the 8th. The store is not answering the only phone number I can find. They were answering this line a week ago. I am about to drive down to see what is going on in person. Absolute worst experience anywhere for anything! If there is a good reason for this I may take this review down. Or I may just update it. Who’s to say this won’t happen again. This has cost me a lot of money taking time off working and gas driving down there each time. Estimated cost to me. $700. For a $2500 guitar that i owe $250 on. They should be paying me! It’s now the 11th and same old BS I hope I’m not screwed. This is ridiculous and from what I have read I have no recourse. I don’t know what to do.
