This was my first time selling any type of gold or jewelry and I was so impressed with this place. It's just a little small room and they lock the door behind you for security purposes after you go in. I was selling a gold ring, and I was afraid that I was going to get low balled. Brentan give me a price that was higher than what Chat GPT estimated the ring to be. Because there were some diamonds on the ring, Brentan advise me to go to a diamond store instead to see if I can get a better price, since they don't deal with diamonds at the store. I went to the diamond store, and I got a significantly higher price. I'm so thankful and appreciative of Brentan's advice. I thought the entire experience felt really sincere. I think the store associate spent more time talking to me then the typical doctor would at your annual checkup!! He was testing the ring, weighing it and looking up all these numbers. He was very thorough. I had a really great experience.
