Everyone at Higgins Jewelry Center is so nice. I came in with a gem I bought online for a ring setting, and Chad was awesome and super helpful while guiding me through the many ring setting options. As someone who’s not familiar with the technical details of jewelry and precious metals, I really appreciated Chad’s patience and friendliness. Chad never tried to upsell/push me to something that wasn’t in my best interest. 2.5 weeks later, my ring was ready, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The craftsmanship is perfect, and the price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this jeweler. They also resized my ring and did a beautiful, flawless job. Thank you so much!

They are so kind and helpful. They fixed my chain for my necklace and they got face masks that dried on my other chain. My necklaces look so beautiful now.

I’ve been here three times and they’ve done amazing work every time. They fixed my Tiffany & Co. bracelet that kept breaking, even after Tiffany repaired it multiple times and charged a lot. It’s been three years now and the bracelet is still perfect. I’ve also brought in my Tiffany & Co. earrings to widen the post, my ring to be resized, and two gifted bracelets. They are very professional and do high-quality work. I’m very picky about where I go, especially after being disappointed by Tiffany & Co., and I truly trust this place.
