They don’t save you money! Just like the true saying for attorneys when you represent yourself you have a fool for a client! One seller I know is using them and so far not happy! No one there fighting for your best interest and Top Dollar!

Homecoin and Teri DeSadier blew it out of the water! I never expected the type of service I got from Teri. She has over 20 years experience in real estate and had worked in Virginia and Maryland, as well as Florida.She was available any time I called, even got back to me when she was out of town with her family! She answered every question I had and the paperwork to get me up on the MLS was completed in record time. I sold my house in 1 weekend! This is definitely the way to go.

READ all the bad reviews, they're all 100% true! What a nightmare, just try calling the 888# to talk with ANY human, ANYWHERE, in ANY department. You cant, you wont and that's how they treat everyone. I would be willing to bet the address is a fake business popup renting a cubical at best. Absolutely the WORST non customer support Ive ever dealt with. SAVE your money, there are many other MLS listing companies that will actually answer a phone call with a real human. FOLLOW UP; They said to press 4 then 3. Hey homecoin - it hangs up after saying "you did not select a valid response".

Update for 2025 Just listed another Condo- already saved 4,260. The listing came active today and have had three real estate agents call. Cant be happier. The customer service people thru email are the best and have always been able to assist me. Used Homecoin again this year. Happy to say we sold our home in less than 30 days . saved 2,400.00 . House closed and deposited the check . Love this!!! Update for 2024 2024- Second success!!! We used Homecoin again for our other condo for sale. Sold this condo in 2 day!! I saved $5,582.50. We are so Happy !!! 2023 -First Success!!! Listed our condo on homecoin on Friday and It was sold Sunday. The listing application was easy . You just need to get your info together then list it. Needed to make changes and it allows for 10 free. I had to call and ask a question , got my answer and was happy. The buyers agents will call and ask for showings and email offers to purchase. We saved 3% cost of a listing agent. saved about 6,480.00. Thank you , thank you homecoin!!

I think it is wrong for them to be able to sublet their MLS access out to people for a fee. The rest of us that own brokerages have to pay thousands of dollars to belong to these MLS and to be able to use them. They are using their licensing and access to the MLS and then selling it. It's not right at all. It's going to put a lot of good people out of work.

I used Homecoin to sell my mothers home for her. We used it as a way to mitigate a bulk of the normal Sell agent fees that one typically deals with. Homecoin's support team is very professional and extremely responsive to questions and helping. If someone is willing to roll up their sleeves to do the tasks of a selling agent to save on their home sale, Homecoin is the only way to go to get your listing on the MLS ! Jonathan(owner) has a number of different resources and articles on the broader process and what is needed. The Homecoin platform works well and all the texts/calls about the home came through and all the MLS changes i needed to execute flowed effortlessly with quick turn around.
