The guy put a metal detector on hold for me and my girlfriend needed a restroom and they don't have one so we went across the street in the time it took like 10 min they sold the thing mind u I called ahaid to put a hold on it Trash pour customer service complained to a manager while the metal detector was still in the store his response was first come first serve shit happens

I went to sell my 10 oz silver bar and just wanted to get spot price (42 dollars a oz at the time so 420) and they offered me 300. I walk out once I heard that ridiculous offer. I don’t expect them to give fair prices on their items

Fair dealings and the staff doesn’t make you feel unwelcome. Been buying and selling here for a couple months and have been able to strike deals without feeling whored out unlike other places that sell sell and then low ball the customers when it’s time to buy. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent experience and the highly unprofessional conduct of a girl employee on today Sunday Oct 5 around 1:40pm. As a former loyal customer with a proven history of paying off my loans, my most recent experience has led me to sever all future business with your establishment. I presented three devices for a loan, which collectively have a minimum retail or replacement value of $600+, which I was only asking for less than half with one device alone purchased brand new for over $400+, while the other for $250+ and another being in peak excellent condition that's worth $100+. While I understand the nature of your business requires offering less than market value, one of my device I had brought with me they also had multiple of the same device I had brought displaying for around $260+, the valuation process and the employee behavior were unacceptable. The employee was a female around late 40-50 could be wrong but from what I noticed she was the only girl there. First, the employee undervalued my items by using websites displaying prices for devices in "bad condition" or "run down," despite my items being in excellent condition with one being new condition. Second, and more concerning, was the employee’s demeanor. When I was respectfully discussing the valuation, the employee: Ignored me while I was speaking. Rolled her eyes when I requested to see the referenced pricing. Mocked me with unprofessional sounds and gestures, making me feel demeaned and looked down upon. While the loan offer was way lower than I requested which was around $130 which is ridiculous, I almost took the loan but the lack of professionalism, mocking behavior, and disrespect are what truly drove me away even when I was being respectful. I quickly proceeded to another pawn shop that offered close to the amount I wanted with way better customer service. As a direct result of this old female employee behavior on sun Oct 5th you have lost a dedicated returning customer. I urge you to address this issue of unprofessionalism immediately, as such conduct is uncalled for and damages your business reputation.
