I love the unique jewelry and items they have, I personally have purchased a couple of my favorite pieces from them. I've recommended them to my family and friends ❤. Love that they always have great vibes. My favorite spot to shop when I feel I deserve something nice for myself.

Wasted my time coming here they declined me at 4:54 which they close at 5, and a lady told me they close at 4:55 which doesn’t say in there website , I’m very disappointed came from all the way Fontana, gonna get my item out soon as possible and never come here again just wow

The people who work there are crooks. Absolutely unethical and rude. I pawned my Michelle watch and walked out for 2 minutes and changed my mind, and they were hesitant and reluctant to give me back my watch. They said they had to text the owner to return it. Then to top it off they wanted to charge me interest for changing my mind for the 2 minutes I walked out and walked back in. I hate this place. I hate the workers, and I will never do business with them again. I just can’t believe that they are predators to that degree. Unbelievable Thank you for your response, so glad you read the review that I justifiably felt that I needed to write about. Yes you’re right, I am a veteran to your business and have done business at your Glendale store many times. Unfortunately the fact that your representative/your employees did not want to return my watch and charge me interest for 2 minutes after I left and returned back to your store is nothing but predatory. I would understand if I had left the area, but to walk out the door and walk right back in to charge me interest as a loyal customer that I have been over the years is mind boggling. I hope you have a great day too.

Very comfortable. They listen to your needs. I get loans on my jewelery all the time.

I recently got a collateral loan from Glendale Pawn shop and I want to recommend them to who ever is in need of a loan or even want to purchase from them. The staff treated me top notch, considering that I visited a couple of other pawn shops prior to visiting Glendale Pawn shop and felt that the other places wanted to take advantage of me at a voulnerable moment. Glendale Pawn shop was more than reasonable and even offered me DOUBLE of what their competitors were willing to offer me. They kept their word and made the transaction fast and easy!! Thank you I will definitely be back to do business.
