I have been to Leo Hamel's two times to sell gold and other jewelry. Both times they were very professional, very efficient, and I received a good price for the items I've brought in. I definitely recommend them. Steve helped on my most recent visit. He explained everything thoroughly and made the transaction comfortable and quick.

I came in with my mother to sell jewelry and didn’t really know what to expect as we have never gone through the process. Leo the owner came out to greet us and was super friendly. Analiza was very helpful, and transparent. She was very genuine and put us at ease. I would recommend Leo Hamels and Analiza for selling your jewelry!

An honest family business. All of the associates were attentive and maintained a no pressure environment. Taylor was especially helpful in getting me set up with a preowned Rolex Explorer II. We felt reassured knowing the in house watchmaker holds the appropriate credentials to maintain it. Excellent value. Large selection. Helpful staff. We can’t wait to come back for future milestones!

My experience was really great at Leo Hamel! We had no idea what to expect and they made the process so easy and painless and even fun! We also learned a TON from Analiza Elizaga (our appraiser). I had brought in a huge pile of jewelry, that I had inherited, having no idea if it was real or costume jewelry and she was happy to look through it all - they don’t charge for that service! In the end she bought 3 pieces and gave us ideas on how to sell (or why to even keep) the rest! (They weren’t fine jewelry, but pieces other people may love to have) When you go to the old town location there are 2 doors! Selling is the door on the left. Buying in on the right. Btw - one reason they don’t charge to look at your jewelry is because if they buy your piece they can resell it right next door! It’s a brilliant business model. I will definitely be returning to Leo Hamel because they were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and I didn’t feel taken advantage of.
