Telling me I have to pick my card up from a location over an hour away from my house. After I complaining about it to them - they started ignoring my emails and my slabs are still missing.

First time I came here on walk-in Wednesday it went great. The 2nd time there was a large female employee, with long nails who handled my cards very carelessly. She handled them like they were a 52 deck of playing cards carelessly counting them by rubbing them against one another and and her long nails were pressing the cards as she counted them. Awful and careless employee that should be taught proper handling and respect for others property. Why would someone have abnormally long nails if they are handling sensitive cards like this? Train and pick your employees better PSA. People struggle to a simple job like counting cards without being careless and damaging other peoples property. Guess thats what you get with minimum wage ppl. Make sure to avoid this employee

Completed a submission online for a rookie baseball card and I picked the recommended settings. When I dropped it off at the store, I was told I should not have picked recommended setting that they were wrong. The submission was done again in the store and I was told it was all good. 5 days later I get a threatening email to cancel my order because the paperwork they did was wrong. Horrible customer service!

My items used to be authenticated the same day it arrives. Now it takes over a week for a card thats already graded and slabbed. I would understand if it was a raw card. They take forever now.

PSA grading is an absolute joke. I sent in my very first batch of cards: fresh out of the pack, untouched, straight from the manufacturer… and they come back with a 9. Meanwhile, a card that’s been passed around like a party favor, shoved in boxes, handled by multiple owners? That one somehow gets a 10. Makes total sense, right? And yes, I’m fully aware that new cards aren’t always flawless thanks to printing or packaging issues—but come on, the logic here is laughable.

of the most sexist companies I've ever walked into. Went to the Santa Ana office to pick up a graded basketball card. There were 2 men in a room they took me to. I took a seat and the guy who brought me in went through another door where the other man was. I could hear them talking through the door. The little man who was already in the back was told, "she's here to pick up her card". He began to question the other guy as to why he said, she. The little man continued to say, it's supposed to be a guy. The other guy said, no its a she. The little man continued to go on about how it's supposed to be a guy. I have no clue as to why I was supposed to be a guy. I've never spoken to on the phone or seen that little guy in person. He could not fathom that a woman was there to pick up a basketball card. When the little man came out from the room I asked him why he expected a guy. He tried to act like he had no idea what I was talking about, so I told him I could hear him in the back. Plus, the other guy had come out before the little man and told me exactly what the little man had said. So. I asked the little guy the question again. He proceeded to act dumb then tucked tail and ran back into his little storage room. Typical little man behavior.

Their customer service is the WORST. The Collector's Club Membership is trash. The magazines don't arrive and they don't care. They toss the problem to their distributor and make it your responsibility to solve it, not before saying that there's no guarantee you will get it! It's a joke, DON'T FALL FOR IT. BE AWARE.
