Took in a ring stamped both 14k and 585 the guy looked at right away without picking it up and said it's not gold it's fake, I say it's stamped, he said just cause it's stamped 18k doesn't mean it's real, I said it's not stamped 18k and your wrong even saying that I say test it then he wanted to charge me $5 to drop 1 or 2 drops of test fluid to the test. When you do your job correctly and supposed to test it as a part of your job to confirm the purity then you test it because you need to have your eyes tested and had you done your job rather than be a rude jerk I would have not given this review. Cause your unprofessional lack of expertise and bad attitude is horrible and wrong in every way.
