Went in to sell some silver, I had too Much attachment to my coins to actually sell them, but Stephen was very knowledgeable took his time with me and was kind enough to gift me a few containers for my coins. When I’m really ready to sell, I will certainly be using his services.

Not very friendly or clear about the process. I walked in to sell a 14k gold braclet. I was offered significantly less than i asked for. When i asked about the price of his offer he was a bit rude telling me i was foolish for looking at a jewelers price since i was at a pawn shop. After laughing in my face saying no one would pay my asking i decided that it was time to go. I dont mind selling it for less but the way he spoke came off as condescending. Rather give it to someone kinder. For anyone wondering he pays 60$/gram of gold.

Had Steve look over a collection a family memeber left me. Steve took the time to review the jewelry and explain the value and offered me a fair price. We were able to come to a deal and will deffinitly be back again.
