Went in for the first time and Vicky was very nice and helpful. Very clean place. Everyone there was very friendly. Would definitely recommend Posh Pawn to anyone buying or selling.

Angela was amazing. She was detailed and very systematic on the way she handled her service. Very professionally and knowledgeable. She was assertive and told me every step she needed to conduct in order to give me top dollar for my product. I would highly recommend her and her colleagues. Stop by and say hello to her. These ladies helped me out so much. Because I had several pieces, they took the time and thoroughly examined, weighed, and priced each item, explaining why or why not they could take an item. Vicki, Carolina & Adriana - I know it was a lot of work but thank you for taking the time to explain everything. You won’t get rich off that ring you don’t want anymore, but if you have several…maybe make a few more dollars than you expected, lol. Store is very well - lit, organized, clean & welcoming; has an upscale boutique feel. Very professional transaction, itemized receipts, cash or check options. 100% recommend (especially if you have several pieces to clear out).

The best place if you ever need extra cash and if you need help to extend a do give you an extra extension advice for everyone to go there the customer service is great been dealing with them for over a year now before they move to this new location tell him and tia green sent you and they do Louis Vuitton and Chanel also please come with your verification for the Chanel and Louis Vuitton

She was very attentive, friendly helpful, knowledgeable, and explained to me the whole process since it was my first time coming to that store. She went above and beyond by mentioning some of the items they buy including designer items. The store is very nice, secured, and cleaned as well
