I took some gold jewelry for a family member to this business for an estimate of value and potential sale, based on their high online ratings. While it did appear that the staff were knowledgeable, unfortunately my experience was not very positive. As a woman, I felt dismissed, as the men in the office passed me over to wait on male customers who came in after me. They also were a bit condescending and minimized the value of the items I brought in (and even questioned their authenticity, without basis). In the end, their offer was thousands of dollars less than I received at another business, where I was treated far better. My recommendation is to take your items multiple places so that you can have the best experience and make an informed decision on where to sell your gold items.
