Excellent service, and very good merchandise.
Was in town and was delighted to find this little coin shop while shopping. The employees were very nice and patient and I ended up leaving there with some great treasures. Hope I can come back again some day.
I ordered a ring on April 7 (4 months ago) which I paid for, was told it would arrive in 7-10 days and never got a call back. Called them multiple times for weeks and I felt like they kept giving me the run around , every time they told me it should get there in a few days. So unprofessional, til this day I know nothing about my order, I pretty much just gave up. They just kept my money and I got no ring.
Beautiful jewelry, unbeatable prices! Purchased a elegant gold chain from here months ago, unfortunately it snapped into two (w/ the help of my baby niece). Took it back and they fixed it with no problem. Roberto is the man to talk to!! Exceptional customer service from him. Happy to say I will be purchasing all my jewelry from them in the future.
I tried to sell my silver coins, but they only want to pay the spot price minus what ever below spot price. I know businesses have to make money, but i brought at least $400 worth of silver spot price. They offered $160 so i did not sell the price was to low. Also I was told they have great price for sell. The great price was 1/10 oz of silver for $20, and a 1 oz silver for $75. I wasted time going there to be disappointed. To charge customers 3 to 5 times the silver price is almost criminal to me. So I can only imagine how much they sell the jewelry. Be warned and stay away.
