Just turned in some silver & gold coins and ingots and got a fair price on everything they bought. They took their time and evaluated every very thoroughly. Only items they didn't buy were commemorative silver coins and medallions (think Franklin Mint type items). This was my second time there and both times the guys were great. Thanks again. I'd recommend them.
Great place to sell coins,stamps,comic books, baseball cards etc. Staff here is honest and fair. I've been to a handful of these stores and this is the best of the business😎👍👍👍👍👍

Stopped by Coin Depot in La Verne as a new collector, and they couldn’t have been friendlier or more patient. They took the time to explain things and answer all my rookie questions without making me feel out of place. They were helpful in explaining a bit of history with some of their coins. They even gave me a small bag of international coins to share with my 8-year-old son. This will make his day! Genuine people who have been around a while. I’ll definitely be back with my son.
Great place to buy and sell coins. The shop employees are professional, kind, extremely patient and helpful. I was looking for a nice mint state Morgan silver dollar for submission to PCGS to use up my lease grading certificate for this year, and the gentleman that helped me took his time to show me several different binders of nice Morgans and we eventually found one that I thought was perfect, a very nice 1878-S first year. Can't wait to see what grade it will receive! Their selection was top notch, and they have something for everyone, from gem coins to foreign, to pre-1933 gold coins. I will definitely be back. *Updated review 9/6* The Morgan silver dollar that I purchased ended up coming back as "Cleaned." The shop and I both disagree. I talked to both Sam, and Ben at the shop and they said to bring it by and they'd get me taken care of. I stopped by today, we talked for a bit about some times they had issues with getting coins graded and I picked out a replacement coin, I ended up upgrading to an 1880/9-S (VAM11) MS65 graded Morgan and I paid the difference from the original coin. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I can definitely see why this shop has been around for as long as it has. Great people that stand behind what they sell. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience coming here. Thank you, Sam, and Ben!
