Dave is great and reliable.
Owner is very kind and has a great attitude towards misunderstandings. This is NOT a coin shop by any means, but a REPAIR shop for "coin vending machines."
I’m a laundromat owner in San Jose and Coin Tech has always been my go to place for all my coin changer servicing needs. I don’t mind driving 30-40mins to Burlingame because I know they are good and knowledgeable. The owner Dave is great on working with you to get your machine up and running in a timely manner. Give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
David is a great person to help you with any issues you have with your coin machine. He is highly experienced with coin machines and bill acceptors. On top of his expertise he has a very positive attitude, and always makes sure to take care of your needs. What really surprise me was his honesty, and integrity. He spend at least an hour on my coin machine and bill acceptor, he cleaned and calibrated my machine, and he did not find anything wrong with them, except he find a small piece of screw inside the machine that most likely caused all the problem I had. When I went to his shop to pick up my machine ,he did not charge me at all. I asked him couple of times to bill me, but he told me next time. To be honest, it is really hard to find people like David now a days, but I am glad I was introduced to him for my coin machine problems. I highly recommend him and his store. The guy is the best, and for your note I never had any problem with my coin machine and bill acceptor after he cleaned, calibrate and find the screw inside the machine to this date.
