I found their rates to be significantly uncompetitive compared to the market. Their gold buying rate was far below the current spot price, with a difference of around $300–$350 between buying and selling for one ounce at the same spot price. Most other competitors typically have a spread of about $150–$200. When I asked about this large gap, the response I received was dismissive and rude — I was simply told, “That’s what we pay.” Customer service and transparency are extremely important in this business, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I hope they reconsider both their pricing structure and their approach toward customers.

Good website. Quick turnaround from ordering to having the product shipped. I ordered on Friday afternoon and Wednesday morning the products were in my hands. Updates on the website were good and they offer a discount if you don't pay via credit card which worked out nicely for me.

Fast delivery, easy order process. At the end of the transaction it said it didn't go through but I had already gotten an email confirmation so was a little confused. Cleared up the next day with a response email.
