Came in trying to sell gold and they tried testing it over 10 times between the 2 of them. one of them tried to say it wasn’t testing right but I already knew it was authentic and they were the only shop trying to say otherwise. was there watching them test it for over 20 minutes just for them to say they’ll pass because it seemed too heavy for 18 karats. what a JOKE

I brought in 12 grams of gold and was offered $146, which seemed extremely low compared to current gold prices. The items were not weighed in front of me, and one piece was set aside and weighed separately, which felt unusual. I also had to remind the employee to return one item that was still on the scale. Because of this experience, I chose not to sell there. I would recommend that customers make sure their gold is weighed in front of them and get multiple quotes before selling.Ok
