The older gentleman just stands there and watches your every move, especially when you’re pulling out money out of your wallet, don’t recommend coming here and it smells bad too

I went here yesterday for a pawn loan. I got a fair estimate for my item, but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I told them I would be going to a few other places to check. I was given their business card, and told if I got a higher price somewhere else, to please call them and let them know, and they would try to work with me. As it turned out, I was given a better quote at one of the other 3 places I went. As I had appreciated the fact that All City had given me their card for this purpose, I did call to let them know about the new offer. The man on the phone told me if I returned, they were sure they could match it. I felt like they cared about me as a customer, and had much more of a personal touch than the rest of the places I had visited. Based solely on this fact, I decided to go back, and I was so surprised when I was offered an even better deal than I had expected. The location itself didn't have the somewhat dangerous and clinical feel I've grown accustomed to from other pawn places. I was told clearly what the charges and interest were on my loan, and what the terms were as well. I would definitely come back here again for another pawn loan, and really appreciated the friendly attitude of the employees.

Came in today, with my scale and the guy there just started getting mad saying I don't trust him. Just made it seem like he was trying to scam on weight. But I was friendly off the rip. So I left because the customer service is something else here. Don't go he'll try to scam you

Copied from my Yelp review Company sold me a chain advertised as "Solid Yellow Gold." After the chain broke following 2 months of normal daily wear, a jeweler confirmed it was hollow. This company directly violated FTC guidelines on "Guides for the Jewelry, Precious Metals, and Pewter Industries" note 1 to paragraph c, by not explicitly stating the hollow nature of the item in the listing. The company refused to offer any sort of resolution and I am out hundreds of dollars. Do not purchase from this company!! They will rip you off!!! I have reported them to the FTC and hope they will receive legal consequences.

If i could give 0 stars i would horrible customer service i came in to pick up my item and he wouldn’t let me in they open at 9 and I walked in at 9:10 and the man with the glasses started yelling saying they still close and started cussing at me and customer service is so bad here I would never recommend

Alex was great showed a lot of hospitality also Veronica was very helpful will definitely be coming back thanks for making this Valentine’s Day become special for my family
