The best turquoise around. Have three items and there so beautiful 😍
The female employee was not welcoming. Looked around for several minutes and she didn’t ask if I wanted to see anything, very short when I asked questions as if she didn’t really want to offer more information and was very sarcastic in her commentary overall. The only positive part was she did tell me where the nearest public restroom was, thankful for that after the drive from Vegas. Overall, I wish we would’ve skipped as the customer service wasn’t worth the stop. I told her I am from Illinois and worked this into our trip and she informed me that they had a website.
Went to resize my fiancées engagement ring elsewhere, was told it could be weeks out and approximately $100. We walked into Kingman turquoise & jewelry, and they resized it and even polished it within 15 minutes! Great customer service.
I love this store and will stop by every time I pass through Kingman. I brought in my ring that I had previously purchased and the owner had inspected it and made sure that the stone was still tight in the setting. There are always such beautiful pieces here and I will definitely be coming back!
