This was our first time ever going into a pawn shop, and Michael (the owner) made our experience so comfortable, easy and exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, accommodating, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and runs his business with integrity. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend supporting this small pawn shop business!

Great customer service, sold gold here and got the best price BY FAR from anyone in a 30 mile radius. There was no BS bargaining. They also gave me 3 dollars more on the price of gold from the time called to me arriving which might be a little detail and not a big difference with the price but it shows good ethics and an honest shop.

Tempe Pawn and Gold is great. I went into there store to sell precious jewelry and silver. The customer service was amazing when talking to Michael and there prices were even better. If you have any jewelry, silver, gold or other valuable things, this is the place to go!

Came in with a few pieces of broken jewelry that was just sitting in my jewelry box. Walked out with cash. I did not shop around as I saw this place had lots of favorable reviews. Transaction was quick and easy. Thank you Tempe Pawn & Gold! They are a trustworthy business. Just to give you an idea, a guy who was ahead of me came in with some jewelry. He wasn't sure if it was real so he wasn't expecting much. When he was told the amount he thought they said $5 🤣 and he was OK with that. Turns out he misheard and he actually got $575! Basically he could have been taken advantage of at a less reputable business but he went to the right place. Keep up the great work guys!!!

He was honest, straightforward, professional, and genuinely empathetic. Michael explained everything clearly and truly listened to what I needed and the amount I hoped for. He worked with me, gave me the best offer he could, and never made me feel pressured. Since I had never sold anything before, I was nervous, but he made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely return.

This place is the best if ur looking to sell your gold or silver. I came in last minute and I got an offer way above what their competitor gold guy was offering me and the staff was very friendly. Also the jewelry they have is gorgeous. And, if you're looking to buy some Jordan's shoes this is the place. I highly recommend coming here.
