I usually take pictures to include with my reviews, but my mind has been all over the place lately. My mom passed away less than a week ago and had *a lot* of jewelry. Both costume and gold and silver necklaces. I took the items I wasn't sure about to Oro Express Mesa Pawn & Gold and they were very helpful in helping me sort through the costume and non-costume jewelry. I was able to sell a couple of gold chains which will help go towards funeral expenses and they were very kind to me in the store. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Maria the assistant manager was great. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Paperwork took a little while to process but she explained everything along the way. Will definitely be back because of the great customer service
