Came in I’ll talk to Zak. He was very nice and polite. Young gentleman came here and bought two one rifle one pistol very fast in and out very polite guy would recommend.

If you’re reading this , You know who you are! First off , I want to say I EXTREMELY hope that this negative review brings down this shops google rating. I wish there was an option NOT to give any stars at all. It may sound spiteful because it is. I’m ok with that. It would at least make me feel a little better knowing these guys are aware I was one reason why they can’t hold a high rating on google. The experience I had in less then 10min was unbelievable and I could not wait to get out of there… AS SOON as I mentioned what I was tryin to accomplish I was told “you will not be receiving anything close to what you want”, thus attempting to set the bar BEFORE I even bring my items out of their carrying case. Then they proceeded to lie to me and show me some shady website they use to sells firearms for a fraction of what they are actually selling for in the real world. Why would they not buy firearms from this beloved website and make money off those very affordable items?? I say it’s because they are happy to rip off people in need or I’m sure they would call us client’s desperate but who am I and what do I know right? I mentioned that I was referred to them by my sister who had done business with them once before, I mentioned that I could prove that they have done good business with her and that I was hoping for similar treatment.. I could not believe what I was told. The owner or manager whatever he was said to me word for word .. “ you show me who gave your sister a good deal and I will fire that person RIGHT NOW “. This does not sound like a place to take your hard earned items hoping for a good or even a decent deal. This is very much NOT the place for that. You’re better off selling your items in a private sale. DO not waste your gas or very valuable time even possibly thinking of goin to this place. You’ve been warned.

I encountered a white man with blonde hair and glasses named Joe and Joe will be the reason I never pawn here again. I came in with a ps5 pro 2TB with no issues bought only a month ago for over 750$ after taxes. Joe thought it was ok to repeat himself like a robot with an attitude when I tried to negotiate higher then 275$. Smirking and laughing as I asked for an extra 5$ on my pawn ticket. Repeating over and over again while smiling “again we have to go off a list when pricing.” When I know that’s not true because my step father came in last week and pawned his for 325$ I’m a long time customer who has purchased firearms and pawned many things over the past 3 years, never did I come across Joe, but I did today and he will be the reason I go to Pawn 1st from now on. If I could give zero stars on Joe I would everyone else at the pawn shop has always been helpful and has never made fun of me for asking for 5$ more.

I’ve been coming here for the last nine years. I have Pawn over $10,000 worth of gold and have gotten all of it back every time the employees and manager are great, but there is one employee that is horrible.shes a dark Skin woman for some reason she is mad and gives you less than everybody else even when they know, they will get more interest because you always get them out. I understand not giving the full value, but to give so little for goal that’s in perfect condition is beyond disrespectful. I don’t know if she’s related to one of the owners, but she makes your business look horrible every Single bad review is about her… 5 star place without her

Our salesman, Zach and thw entire staff were so friendly! We went to 4 other pawn stores before this one today trying to find my daughter the perfect ring for Christmas. None of them even compared to Glendale Pawn and Jewelry! The selection, the cleanliness and the staff were far superior and we left sooo happy with our purchas! We found exactly what we wanted within 10 minutes and even got a fat holiday discount! Ten outta Ten recommend and will return! Thanks yall!
