I’M SPEECHLESS! 5 stars isn’t enough. Do not sell your jewelry until you stop here first. Trust me trust me trust me. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was just too awesome not to. I got there 15 MINUTES LATE for my appointment and was GREETED WITH A SMILE. When I called to let them know I was late the receptionist was friendly, informative, and sweet as can be. She checks me in and before my butt hits the seat in the waiting room the guy hollers “hey buddy I got you, come on back!”.. I hand him over a wild assortment of scrap gold (broken earring, old rings, and a set of teeth lol) and we joke around for a minute as he does his magic and in LESS THAN 5 MIN he goes “okay buddy we got you at $xxxx do you want a check or Venmo?” I got the money within 2 minutes and walked out of there nearly in tears (as the money was for an engagement ring) The best part- THEY GAVE ME LIKE $400 MORE THAN WHAT I ANTICIPATED!
