I'm not sure why this company has such bad reviews. My experience with them was OUTSTANDING! I was looking for specific cups that all the other companies were out of and I was hesitant about purchasing from here due to the shipping costs, but they offered me a generous discount and I had my order within the promised time. And I ordered 12 cups and they sent 15 as to not break the original packaging! I am very pleased with my order and the service. This company is a scam and do not order from here. I ordered from Amazon and it was processing for weeks and I received no email about an estimated delivery date. They don’t pick up the phone and when I emailed them they told me they never received the order. so I cancelled my order and Amazon and went to look the product up on there again and it’s no where to be found. First and last order. Talk about the worst first impression. I placed an online order on 2/8. Today, 2/11, I received an email indicating they're refunding me without any explanation. When I wrote back asking why, they replied it's out of stock. Service doesn't get worse than that. UPDATE 2/14/25 How bad is this company? I received my refund days ago, but my brother received it in the mail today as his birthday gift and it's broken in several pieces. I had high hopes for this to work. My coffee always gets cold before I have a chance to drink it all so I thought this would work perfect for me. The plate does get warm but it doesn't keep your coffee hot. It keeps it lukewarm so it's useless. i don't drink lukewarm coffee so I still have to heat my coffee up. I got a coffee cup out of it. Yes my coffee started out hot when I poured it in the cup but it wouldn't sustain the hotness of the coffee. It just got cold.
