Still new to Kirkland but thought I should give credit where it is due. When I met Mr. Ken he was patient and listened to my questions. Mr. Ken answered my questions attentively and treated me with genuine respect. So far I would recommend them to anyone in need of a jeweler. They offer in house jewelry service which is amazing and all of their prices never seen gouged or jacked up. Feels like they have the best interest for their customers. Let me start by saying they are really nice folks here! Unfortunately, I brought in my watch for a battery change and they scratched the case up quite a bit. It isn't a very high end watch (fortunately) but it does have quite a bit of sentimental value to me.
