They had a polan chainsaw out for 40 bucks but it was the wrong sticker. Surprised me by saying we can still give it to you for that price and did $44 out the door. This guy's are great and I have a 3 day guarantee if it don't work bring it back and they'll give me my full amount back but I was really happy with the deal and they're really nice people

I very rarely write reviews. Pronto Pawn is an extremely professional and welcoming establishment. Their staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and most of all outstanding with their service. Selling to them was easy, negotiations were beyond fair, and I felt comfortable being able to ask questions during bargaining. I *HIGHLY* recommend that this be your first stop for your Pawn needs.

2 stars because they do offer a decent price on trade in value for your firearms, but also 2 stars because the manager, Paul, was the guy showing us firearms and his customer service sucks and was very disrespectful. We said we would prefer a safety on our firearms but its not necessary. So when we looked at firearms that me and my husband were interested in, he would say blatantly no he wouldn't show us because it didnt have a safety. Sir, I walked in to trade a firearm that didnt have a safety, and we said it wasnt necessary but preferred. He also took his time in the back, I suppose to wear us down so we'd buy whatever he decided to bring back up front for us to look at. That's okay though, we went down to Mobile Shooting Gallery, whom had a wonderful selection of new and used firearms with great prices, and they handled our business with class and very respectfully, without making us feel uncomfortable or rushed.

I was in the market for a solid gold chain and after going to pawn shops all over Mobile, I bought it from Pronto. Paul worked with me on multiple occasions to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for without charging what other shops were asking for the same necklace. The staff is transparent and honest about what they're selling and I will be using them for all of my future gold jewelry purchases.

Best pawn shop in the city. You come with a good attitude, I promise you will leave with a better one. Always willing to work things out giving any situation a win for both sides. Hands down I’d choose this Shop over any everyday.

Highly don’t recommend. I was trying to pawn a piece that I’ve pawned around the neighborhood hood before at cash America pawn. Normally I pawn for about 800-900. My pendant worth 2.5k with VVS natural grown diamonds 14k gold and they offered me scrap price for a piece of jewelry like it was broken. Then told me he couldn’t pay me for the diamonds and gave me a bullshit price of 350 like I was a crack head😭
