Brody was very helpful, and helped us make a return we bought from Best Buy through Amazon. Highly recommend.

had best buy put up 3 tv spending $500 plus dollars, I bought screws ($40) to mount the tv's since they were going to use our mounts. I did not know they would use their own screws for the mounts, and best buy delayed the installation by about 3 weeks so I had to old on to them until I knew they were or were not going to need them. I went to return them and yes, I did wait until, as i am now aware 15 days after purchase, he told me I should have read my receipt, why doesn't best buy realize not all returns are equal. I would not have bought them if i had known they would use theirs (Geek Squad). Terrible customer service when I spend $500lus and you can't return my $40 because I will never need these again. I know one customer will not make a difference in your scope of people who buy from you, but you have to realize one customer is important and this no return is wrong on all levels. Geek Squad should be aware of who is hurting their reputation with best buy having such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY> You have heard from one customer who will never step in your store again, thank goodness you have competitors who will get ALL my future business. Don't get caught in best buys return policy which is not even 30 days.

Horrible experience. Came to buy my daughter a new phone at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Was ignored for 15 minutes. Finally had an employee talk to us but he and his buddy were clocking out. Called the manager who agreed they should tell us to come back tomorrow rather than take care of a customer during the regular store hours. How do stores like this stay open?

Bought a screen protector at Best Buy for my phone, when I first got it in October. And the lady at the front counter told me it’s lifetime replacements for free. So fast forward to today I go to get a new one and another person is working the counter and says β€œYou have to have a membership To get a replacement screen protector.” I said well the lady that checked me out a couple months ago didn’t tell me that. I even asked her if it came with free lifetime replacements and she told me yes. And the lady said sorry we do have some new people here so the told you wrong. They didn’t do anything to make it right. They lied to me. They ripped me off of $60. So her solution was either spend another $60 for a new one or spend $180 for the membership to get free lifetime replacements. Terrible experience

Dear Best Buy Managers, Your staff might need a tad bit more training!πŸ’‘ A customer was just in there a minute ago looking for help to purchase a fairly sizable item. He passed by a few employees who were engaged on their cell phones and did not seem interested in helping anyone. This customer spent several minutes walking past one particular worker who never looked up. There are other merchants in town. I must say I have had fairly good service recently so this might just be today. Anyway one sale lost.
