Tori was the best salesman. She helped me choose a pendant for me and an anniversary gift for my fiancée and was nothing but caring. I also had some jewelry cleaned by Vincent while I was being helped and same thing he was good at his job and nice to the customers. I will definitely be back because of them.
After being to MANY jewelry stores this one the atmosphere was wayyy better than other Brooke and Zander devoted the entire time helping me pick out something nice. And gifted wrapped it as well! I will say if im going to use a jewelry store ill make the trip to this location of riddles jewelry. Also did you know you can get rings with dinosaur bone in it? The selection of men's rings is wonderful. 10/10 look forward to going here again. Thanks again Zander and Brooke!!
My boyfriend and I were just checking out the mall in RS WY and went into Riddles Store. Tori was working and asked if she could help us see something. Tori showed us a man's ring I liked and had my bf try it on. Tori was helpful with sizing and personable. My bf and Tori had a wyoming town in common and they had a great conversation while we checked out rings. I asked if we could get the rings in 14k gold, she said yes and would get the pricing of them. I was certain I wanted to buy the man's ring and she put it aside for us. Same with a woman's ring I liked. She called with the pricing a few days later. I wanted the man's ring as is and needed it sized asap. Tori sent it out immediately from the phone call. She had it back in two business days! I was so surprised and happy we picked it up the next day. He hasn't taken it off and we haven't even made it to the wedding yet. Tori is a great and helpful, non pushy sales lady. She is knowledgeable about what she is selling and we were comfortable with my purchase! Go see Tori at Riddles jewelry!
Always love going to this store!!! Vincent is so good at what he does! I took them my ring that had a missing diamond and he made it look brand new again and did it in like 5 minutes! Im am beyond impressed! Tori is also such a joy to talk to and work with when shopping! She is the one who helped me get my husband his wedding band! She made everything so easy and even showed me what rings she could order for me that weren't in store but that would also make it on time by our wedding because I procrastinated til the last minute! She made sure I got what I was looking for! Im so in love with how my ring looks and also with my husband's ring! He also loves it! Thank you guys both so much for that experience! I recommend this store to everyone! You wont be disappointed! You guys have a great team there!
