This is by far my favorite jewelry store and I live in MD. Carolyn is the sweetest lady, so personable, so helpful, so knowledgeable about all of their exquisite pieces. I have been buying jewelry from them since my first trip to back in 2018. When I order pieces from Carolyn, I receive the items by FedEx in a matter of 3 days! The jewelry is so well crafted and the stone pieces are gorgeous. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my purchases and the quality of service I’ve received from owners Carolyn and Gary! They are the Best!

Above and beyond their product offering and storefront, I have been highly impressed by Carolyn and her customer service. I live in TN and purchased a ring while on a trip to WY. Recently, a situation arose where the ring needed a replacement/repair. Since I was not local to Jackson, I was afraid my request would be ignored. I was so pleasantly surprised with Carolyn’s care, response, resolution and communication throughout the repair process. My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary and he wanted me to find a jeweler who makes a particular design I had been wanting. I stopped by and chatted with Trish the first day about metals, stones, customization options, etc and came back another day with my husband and we were able to chat with Carolyn and Gary along with Trish. They helped us find exactly the ring I wanted, even sizing it same day within the hour. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell they’re true craftsmen and passionate people. I really enjoyed my experience with Hines and I’m looking forward to visiting them again soon! They have a plethora of beautifully designed jewelry, both in house and other designers, a huge variety of gemstones for those with different tastes than diamonds only and the prices are incredibly reasonable. There’s something priced and designed for everyone, truly. If you’re in Jackson and looking for fine jewelry or glassware, Hines Goldsmith is an excellent choice.
