Pearls by Shari doesn't an exceptional job of giving the ultimate client experience through Sherrie's knowledge of the pearl industry at her love of people and education. She doesn't incredible job of MARKETING something that is so precious and unique. Her staff is well trained knowledgeable and above all service oriented, it is the ultimate experience in shopping.
My husband and I had a great experience learning about the different types of quality pearls from around the world, with exceptional customer service from Katie. In addition, we learned how Pearls By Shari supports the local community. It’s a great story and makes me happy every time I wear my golden pearl hoops. Classic addition to my jewelry collection! This was our first time visiting Jackson WY and the boutique. It was a pleasure meeting Shari and staff! They were attentive and friendly, patient and professional. The selection of rare and beautiful pearls is exquisite.
I have taken 3 strands of pearls to be re-strung and I purchased 3 beautiful new clasps. The customer service and the personalized recommendations were wonderful! The pearls are like new and the repairs absolutely beautiful!
