Paul and his assistant seemed very knowledgeable regarding the coins that we brought it. He took the time to go through everything that we brought in and had a wealth of information to share. We had a variety of coins from pennies on up to silver dollars. He went through everything and made us a fair offer.

Just starting my gold n silver journey and its been great! I like seeing the variety of coins and other items they have that somehow have meaning to you like 2nd amendment coin, legendary warrior or maybe a spot you've visited!

I do my research before dealing with precious metal sales and I spent a week of back and forth emails and a final confirmation call before going to this location, as it was a drive. They had increased their original price structure from $10 off of spot silver to $12 off spot over the weekend and I confirmed that I was selling a larger bar which they said they could do, and that they used Kitco.com as their real-time price.(which I do also) however, when I came in, Paul immediately began saying that they don't really like those size bars, (never mentioned before) Then he said the price on kitco was $112 spot, I checked my, phone it was actually $114.30, he disagreed again, until he pulled out his phone and confirmed it. He then said that because the bar I had was large, he would pay me $2 less an oz that what we agreed on emails and phone with a female the day prior. He acted indignant that I was going to squabble over $200. Well, I'm on a fixed income, so yeah, It's about keeping your word, which he didn't. I left. Don't deal with people that don't act honorably... your word is nothing if you don't honor it.

Love seeing Paul and the crew. I was new to this years ago and they made me feel so comfortable. Know exactly what they are doing and trustworthy. You can count on quality for sure. Recommend them to anyone looking for gold silver purchases.
