Long time customer, but they no longer accept incoming transfers from individuals - only FFL to FFL. They said it’s an ATF rule. Other shops are still happy to accommodate and charge much less. Edit: The counter boy GayLynn did say it. You have the audio/video as you like to tell commenters.

Took my hunting rifle in for some gunsmith work and it was an incredibly fast, friendly, and affordable turnaround. Bought a new rifle the same day as well and was impressed with everyone there. I'd recommend these folks for all your firearm needs!

Took my super black eagle 3 there to have to it check out since it was making a rattling noise. All 3 employees greeted me and looked at my gun right away. Answered all my questions and were great to work with! Highly recommend!!
