Usually bring in stuff to pawn around the end of thr month just to get by. Staff is always kind... once it gets close to your due date they send out a reminder text and letter so if you don't pick up your stuff on time thats on you.

Got a laptop, as a tech nerd. Works amazing and at a very fair price,
Service there is not good. Took a silver coin there and they states that it was a fake. I bought it from a reputable online company. Took it to a different place and they stated that it was real silver. Highly not recommend place to sell if you have silver or gold. I would give them a zero if I could. There are several places in town that are way better.
Kind and nice workers, they give fair prices since they have to make a profit too. The prices they sell stuff at is also cheaper than other used games on the market.
Very clean place. People that where working where pretty friendly but quiet . They won't accept incomplete consoles but I can see why. The trade on values though are not the best as I wanted to sell 2 of my consoles. I didn't have everything for them and they did not buy them which is understandable. However the values I asked how much they buy them for was kinda poor. 20% the value of brand new and I seen some for about the price of brand new. They do need to make money but need to work on there sales for consoles more. Overall great experience.
I came there with a PS5 slim disc version and they refused it because they said the disc drive made noise when it was reading a disc. News flash. Disc drives make noise when reading discs. I think they got it mixed up with the PS5 slim digital which is clearly quiet. If the people there don't know about modern electronics, maybe they shouldn't be working with them. Not trying to be rude but this is not the first time something like this has happened. The older people there are clearly not up to code with modern technology.
They don't buy anything because they don't know how to sell anything. They don't even deal guns. Their knowledge is limited to looking prices up on Google and giving you 40% of the lowest price. Their "computer guy" doesn't work weekends. They only buy cordless Milwaukee or DeWalt, guitars that they mark up by some huge number like they're made of gold, the hopes and dreams of desperate people; they can't even do that right. They might buy your heirloom jewelry, but only if it's silver or gold- no platinum, brass, bronze, diamonds etc, and only if you're ready to bend over and grab your ankles.
