I called this business. After saying hello, I asked him if he sells silver. His reply was, "I sell everything", jokingly I said, "I don't want to buy everything, I just want to buy some silver, do you have any"? His reply was, "don't want to do business with you". Then he hung up on me. Glad I found what kind of a person he is so I don't have to do business with him. Love the free market system!

I had a strong urge to buy gold silver. Mickey was extremely knowledgeable and friendly answering all questions I had. I was very pleased afterwards, I would recommend him for all those starting off on their own collections!

Can not say enough to tell you how well I was treated and others while I was in the store. Was given great information on coins and metals. Ended up buying over 300 in silver for xmas gifts. While looking other customers came in. Allwere treated the same. Would recommend to everyone to stop in and check out the deals ...

I’ve never had a negative or uncomfortable experience at a coin store visit until I went to this place. I travel all over WI for my job and I stop at different coin stores all the time to spread my purchases around. I never ask for deals but I buy more from whoever gives good service or good deals without me asking. While I was at this shop I asked “what has the spot price of silver been doing lately?” I did not ask for a deal. The owner then told me spot price doesn’t matter to him, he said he sells his stuff for whatever price he wants. Spot was $28 when I was there. He told me prices don’t change. Price per oz is $34 and ASE are $40. I thanked him and told him I was going to pass. He’s free to do what he wants, but so am I. I run into a lot of great people and great stores, just not this one. There are a lot of coin and bullion dealers out there. Choose wisely. His response is that he wouldn’t sell to me because I wasn’t friendly? I listened the whole time I was there to him telling me and pointing out how expensive things are in his store. He told me his counting machine was $4k. Why do I need to know that? Don’t most places want to sell? I thought selling was the point. Maybe if I was selling silver to him I could get to pick my prices too. Screw the spot price. It’s a relief to know there are good people running other stores that I can go to. No loss for me. Now you know. Your degree of friendliness at this place will determine IF they sell to you. I have lost nothing over this. Most businesses when they get a bad review they swallow their pride and fix it so they don’t have to live with a bad review for eternity. Not this guy.

I went there to sell some coins and he said he would give me a fair price, Turned out I got ripped off he only gave me a 1/4 the price all other places pay, I didn't find out til after leaving the store, I called and talked to him less then 30 minutes after leaving and he told me that's just to bad I already put it in the bag, So do NOT expect him to be fair or honest on his Prices, That was a $ 2000.00 lesson I would like to share with all.
